What's it Take?*
"What do you have to do to become a doctor?" the six-year-old granddaughter once asked.
Her dad, seeing an opportunity, said, "You have to do extremely well in school, take a lot of math and science, get into an excellent college, make the highest grades possible, and then go to med school, and follow that with an internship. Then you can start your own practice. Honey, as smart as you are, you can be anything you want to be."
Erin gave all this a moment's thought and then asked, "What do you have to do to be queen?"
Most of us are like Erin. We're always thinking something else will be easier. We want to take the path of least resistance.
But, if our dreams are to be attained it is going to take education, work, dedication, focus, and a never give up attitude.
So, if you want more from life and are willing to put the time and energy into it you can have your heart's desire.
Your education is expensive, whether you get it from the School of Hardknocks or the most expensive universities.
You are going to have failures, if you are not failing then you are not trying. They just don't have to be the expensive ones like bankruptcy or not enough income.
If you still don't know what you want to be when you grow up and you are over 25, try network marketing. The investment can be Zero or it can be some other figure. It will take desire, product knowledge, a want to succeed attitude, and know how.
But this can all be learned if you are willing to put the time and effort in just as the doctor or lawyer does.
Queen……………….I just don't know about that one!
